Mr. Sameer Kanse
CEO
A visionary technologist with 20+ years in R&D, Sameer has designed and developed over 250 products across embedded systems, AI, robotics, VLSI, PLC programming, and medical technologies. With a Master’s in VLSI Design, he is an early adopter of emerging methodologies, constantly seeking innovative ways to optimize operations, reduce costs, and create sustainable value.
Mr. Makarand Deshpande
Co-Founder
With 30+ years of experience in manufacturing and engineering, Makarand specializes in concept marketing and product commercialization. A Mechanical Engineer by training, he has successfully taken numerous innovative and patented products to market. His business acumen and strategic insights complement Percepta’s technology-driven approach, ensuring growth through innovation.
Dr. Shilpa Kanse
Head of Research & Development
A technologist with 24+ years of experience spanning academia and industry, Dr. Shilpa specializes in embedded systems, image processing, and AI-driven automation. With a PhD in Image Processing, she transitioned from academia to innovation leadership, successfully developing solutions like an operational warehouse robot. At Percepta, she drives R&D excellence, merging research with real-world applications to advance intelligent, sustainable technologies.
